These are words most people have lived for the past two-and-a-half years: “Stay isolated. Stay alive.”

That’s perfect for this post-Apocalyptic film that was actually filmed during the Covid pandemic when everyone was in quarantine already. The film “Eradication” is another Apocalyptic pandemic zombie movie for our time, but this one has a few twists in it, too.

Daniel Byers, who co-wrote and directed the film, is a documentary filmmaker who has focused on capturing climate change, indigenous rights and protecting wildlife in his past works. That background brought him to a project like this that involves horror and fantasy and is a bit historical because it’s happening to the world right now as…
