Harry Styles proves himself to be a movie star with this role.

Harry Styles is going to prove himself to be an A-list box office draw if he continues taking on edgy, diverse roles like this one. He already has the Cary Grant swagger and the Hugh Grant looks, and he’s showing that he’s adept at playing drama, romance, war and comedy very well in past roles and upcoming ones. Keep an eye out for this guy, if you aren’t already.

In “My Policeman,” many critics are saying he is playing the role of a closeted gay policeman who marries a woman to be his “beard.” The reality is that he very skillfully plays a bisexual man who is obsessively attracted to both a man and a woman, but he’s in a world where he can’t express that openly at all.
