The action in this popcorn action movie is not too bad, but the film “Land of Bad” seems all too familiar and predictable.
And, it features an uninspired performance by Russell Crowe, who is supposed to be the real hero of the story, but he ends up sitting in a chair looking at a computer screen for much of the important parts of his role. Yes, the famed Oscar winner seems to be dialing it in.
With a stellar cast starring Liam Hemsworth (from the “Hunger Games” movies) and Luke Hemsworth (his older brother from “Westworld”), you’ll also recognize Milo Ventimiglia (from “This is Us”) and Ricky Whittle (from “American Gods”) in the cast.
It’s a military hero film with the premise that Americans leave no man behind. A Delta Force team…
